12 Step/Support Groups

For more information call 847-742-3545

A twelve-step program is a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery from addiction, compulsion, or other behavioral problems. Support groups follow a different set of principals and do not involve a spiritual element. Everyone needs to investigate what kind of support group benefits them.
