Assistance Services
Employee
Assistance Programs (EAP's) are designed to provide behavioral
health care services to employees and/or their dependents.
Renz Center operates Employee Assistance Services, an
EAP that has been active in the Fox Valley area for the
past 15 years.
EAS contracts with private industry, school
districts, city and county governments and non-profits
to
provide quality employee assistance services at a
very reasonable fee to the employer. EAP's have proven
to be extremely cost effective. Increases in employee
productivity is the rule, not the exception.
The
following four goals are inherent in Renz Center's Employee
Assistance Services program:

To accurately assess behavioral health conditions
and
provide an appropriate response, including referrals,
for those evaluated.

2.
To provide management consultation and support for
supervisors
who have an employee with a performance problem.

3.
To increase employee productivity and strengthen
the
relationship between employer and employee.

4.
To reduce employer costs related to employee personal
problems that effect employee attendance, attitude,
and ultimately productivity.
